1616 Walnut St Apartments - LAZ Parking

Terrible experience with the staff there. I was meeting a few family members there and then walking over to one of the fine restaurants. We often communicate through group chat. One of our family members informed the group that one of the staff members there rudely told him "your vehicle is too tall, back your car out of here." After he had already payed for the parking online. Then he pointed to a yellow sticker on the wall, and said no cars can be taller than that sign. And as you can see in the enclosed picture, it wasn't. Ironically, there was an SUV about the same size, parked directly behind my family member's vehicle. And was not given the same treatment. My suspicion was because my family member's car is an older vehicle. Or they were unaware that it was an SUV and wanted

The workers here are horrible!! I've visited this garage multiple times and each experience is worse. They will tell you they have no room, even if the spot is prepaid. The guy simply told me I need to "go around the block" in Center City rush hour traffic as if it meant nothing to him. After telling me that, let the very next 2 cars in.

Parked here on 9/27 at 12:30pm and the workers stole my sunglasses. Tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers. Use a different parking garage.
