Terrible experience! Do not rely on this garage. I made a reservation through SpotHero and arrived on time, but they didn’t take my car until an hour later. They overcharged me despite my SpotHero payment, and the staff was extremely rude. They also didn’t record the full amount I paid in cash — I gave $40, but my receipt only shows $34. Very dishonest and unprofessional service.

Was so worried about being over charged and denied entry before I went when booking online. But the whole process was very smooth and the staff there was very kind. Guess he was the only one working at that time and it could be a line if many people come to pick up cars at the same time. But that's pretty normal for valet so be prepared.

Worst service ever, I paid $56.00 for parking from 1:30PM and went to get my car at 5:15PM which they couldn’t find in their garage. I stood for an hour and 15 minutes and couldn’t get a sincere apology from the supervisor. Instead I was treated like it was my fault they couldn’t locate my car and the supervisor wanted to punish the workers by refunding me $15 out of the workers tips, what a joke and insult. Make it worse he was rude and told me good luck parking on the street next time and he hope I get a ticket. He was lucky I was a lady or I would’ve hit him with my cane.

Terrible, terrible service. One guy working here and 50 people in the line waiting for their cars. And it’s only 6:30 pm! We’re been here nearly an hour and still no sign of our car. Do not park here!!!

Extremely understaffed. Had only 1 guy getting the cars and he also ended up being the cashier. Took an hour for them to bring our car back to us.
