Don’t park here if you can help it. I didn’t have a credit card on me because everyone uses pay by phone now - everyone except this parking lot. I called the help line to see if I could give them my credit card number verbally (they said no), I downloaded the parking app (with a one star rating) that generated error messages and didn’t work, and the text-to-pay option replied “we’re sorry, this facility is currently closed” at 5:25 pm on a weekday. The lot manager said I was going to have to “find a way” as if I hadn’t just tried three ways, desperate to pay so I could leave, and none of their own payment systems worked.
