Today, I parked my car there. When I picked up the car, the bald headed Hispanic man, possibly a Dominican, slight dark skin was extremely rude to me. He was extremely nice to all the WHITE women and very friendly to them at. But rude to me and when I even made the respectful thing to thank him, he ignored me completely and turned his back to me. This is very poor behavior and disrespectful to treat customers differently based on their skin color. He chose to disregard me and treat me like garbage because I am a black woman. I’m an educated and professional black woman, who spend her hard earned money at this parking garage. I will never return as a customer. And I will make sure neither my friends and coworkers who are medical professionals in the area ever return as a customers!!!

They day I parked here this loca6 had the cheapest price in the ParkWhiz app for this area but I learned this was for a reason - it takes a ridiculously long time to get into and out of this lot. On arrival here I waited nearly 20 minutes in a line of cars on the street and I was only the 2nd or 3rd car in line when I pulled up. When it came time for retrieval I waited only a few minutes to pay but it took nearly 40 minutes for the attendant to bring my car down. I wasn't the only one that suffered through this as everybody had to wait a significantly long amount of time and noticed several other customers that became openly irate and started to take it out on the cashier in the booth. Nice people but you will probably have to wait to get your car because of their elevators unless it's not busy

Takes good care of your car, trusting workers, gets your car quickly on pickup, trusting environment, good workers.

I stayed overnight at University Club, the parking it’s just a short walking distance. The staff was friendly, didn’t wait more than 5min to pick up my car.
