17 West St Parking

Convenient & cheap. Hidden behind a great location on Tremont st in Boston. Limited space but I use it every time I drive to the office.

Asked for 30 minute parking, was charged $40 for all day. This place is a scam

First time parking here the attendant was helpful. Was going to the theater. So it was a good location. I didn’t want to leave my key so he gave me a spot right on the side so I wasn’t blocking anyone. Came back to find no attendant and a car in front of mine. 10 minutes or so and the guy came back to 6-7 people waiting to leave so it caused some wait time. Second time I pulled in to a nearly empty lot. Guy was irritated that I even pulled in. Told me to go park in their garage. I Couldn’t understand what was happening so I just left.

I paid on parkwhiz for the correct hours here. Dude said "I don't know why you did that," and then told me to pay him $30. I had a mother with cancer right behind me and he did this. Scumbag and I want my money back

Booked a spot through spothero, when we arrived, despite the documentation we had they did not honor our reservation. Went to another garage the attendant said would honor the price (another VPNE location). When we went to leave the person said that they do not work with the other location, but was nice enough to honor the deal.
