Terrible pricing. If more than 4 hours but less than 12 hours on a Sunday they charge you $47 and it’s card only. It’s also technically valet so you can’t park your own car, probably as to why it’s so expensive

CASH DISCOUNT!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! Sorry late review. I had a last minute need for parking (June 2025) and parking is so dang expensive. The attendant with glasses was so kind, showed me the prices ----but for CASH i got a discount package. $10cash.....and i got (1) in and out privilege per day for 6 days....for $85 total!!!!!!! The tall guy with glasses told me that only him, and the shorter guy with glasses could do the in and out so i waited a few minutes to deal with them usually BUT --- $85 cash for 6 days parking in Rittenhouse!!!!!! If i'm in area again - this is where to park!!!!

DO NOT PARK HERE My homegirl and I went out to Philly for Roots Picnic Happy Hour. We chose this parking garage for its location and valet service. Unfortunately, it appears they may have stolen items out of my car. On top of that, I made a mistake and handed over the wrong set of keys. When we returned to retrieve the car, the man was implying that I lied to him about giving the keys even though I stated the mistake and apologized. The men working were not kind or courteous. The phone number listed is out of service as well. All in all the company and service seems like a scam. I do not recommend parking here, and I’m a frequent goer to Philly.

Will start with cons: the pricing advertised on the weekends ($25 for up to 24 hours) is not available, because per attendants “it does not apply if you stay overnight” (sounds legit). In reality, they pocket the difference between $25 advertised and $36 they charge you. Since the payment is supposed to be done via terminal (which I assume does apply $25 pricing), they check your car out shortly after midnight, so the terminal does not recognize your ticket anymore and then ask for $36 in cash. Pros: while it’s a scheme, they say upfront the price would be $36 and not $25 advertised. Plus even with that, the price is somewhat reasonable for the neighborhood. Location is great.
