Paid a lot of money just for our car to be broken into. No camera other than when you pull in the garage and no phone number to call the people who own the garage. Don’t park here

They charged me $63.00 for 14 hours on New Year Eve. They also don't have any rates signed posted in the parking garage. The only sign is how to pay on their web site. You give them your credit card number, car tag number and press the start parking button. When you exit, the parking garage camera read your car tag to calculate the time you parked in the garage. Then they bill your credit card.

Terrible, outrageous prices and no security. Somebody cracked two of my windows. When we called the company they were basically no help at all. Shut this place down. I can't stand when you have money hungry individuals who only care about getting their pockets fatter and no remorse for the ones who put money in your pockets. They qr code is basically a lie, it shows prices for multiple hours and for a full day but you can't choose anything. They choose what they want to charge you. This incident caused my husband and I to cut our trip short and I am furious about it. DO NOT STAY HERE

I am disputing metropolis parking charges with my bank now beware the listed rates are not what they auto charge your credit card. I emailed the company directly and have gotten no reply. I parked overnight and was expecting to pay $24. They charge me $56.

The parking garage is very nice, and locating a parking spot very easy.
