181-183 N Washington St Lot (Pilgrim Parking)

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Purchased a spot in this lot for an event at TD Garden through spot hero. Arrived to find spot was given away and a very hostel attendant with by far the worst customer service. Had to drive around to try to find an open lot/spot which caused us to be late for event.

I prepaid parking for two nights August 24, 2024. Drove to Boston and when I arrived was told no spaces were available. Attendant would not return my money and was not helpful. WARNING this is a small one story garage that can only hold about 4 cars. There were additional space in front of garage that had several cars. This is NOT a parking garage, rather a small lot.

Seriously 1 star is too high. Similar experience as everyone else. Prebooked my spot 2 weeks in advance. Showed up to park, and he sold my spot to someone else. He wouldn't even look at the reservation link. And just told me oh no i can accept the fee you paid it's an event night (Celtics were playing) call the app and get a refund and he walked away and went and sat down. Down right unprofessional...and the garage right down the road was cheaper anyway. Dont waste your time or money on this parking lot (which is 6-8 spots in the hard area to get to in the city due to geavy traffic)

If you “reserve” a parking spot with an app, beware that there are only 6 spots available outside and they don’t actually hold a spot for you. Arrived at 9:45AM to find that all the spots were full and the door was locked, so I had to park somewhere else and was late for an appointment. At least the app customer service was helpful in refunding me and providing a credit for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t attempt to park here again.

Please do not go here for parking, paid $22 in the app only for me to get there and have them charge me another $30 for “event parking” this is a genuine scam and may report this to the authorities tomorrow morning. They are scam artists and seems like they’ve done it to everyone else. I guess we were lucky they didn’t just sell off our spot 🙄🙄🙄
