Got turned away at 11:30 pm on a Tuesday and told that my SpotHero was booked as a sedan (I had to enter my car details to book) and that the rate I had was only for a sedan. Then told me he’d charge me extra if I wanted to park. Taunted me and accused me of booking the wrong rate intentionally. I just booked the rate that it said, and had to give my car details. Also I don’t know how a jeep patriot, a compact suv is a “suburban”. guy said I was stupid that I didn’t know that. No where near a full size car even. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Don’t bother with these people.
