The staff at this parking deck are consistently prompt and courteous—it doesn’t hurt to call ahead if you need your vehicle at a specific time. I’ve never had any issues; the team is friendly, bilingual, and always professional. While entering and exiting can be tricky due to its location near a busy stretch of Broadway, that’s more about traffic than the deck itself. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-managed facility.

Absolutely horrific, bring back the old staff. The 2025 staff never made me once wait and did great. I waited 25 minutes to get my car which caused me to sit in an extra 30 minutes of traffic through NJ. I came here 4-5 days a week for the last year and never had an issue even if they were busy.. I now wait EVERY single time I come here. Will never come here again.

Absolute scam of a garage. I prepaid for parking online and then they made me pay an additional $45 online to get my car out of the garage. Completely ridiculous place. One other time I came here they also scratched the front bumper of my car. I thought that maybe it wasn’t them because in the past they’d been decent but now I know it was definitely them. Will never go here again.

This place is awful, my car has been damaged here. They constantly raise the monthly rate while doing a bare bones staff. It constantly takes 20 min to get your car out of the garage and there is typically a traffic jam on 184th st because of the slow work. Their policy is give over 30 days notice before canceling your membership and even when following these rules I was still charged for the spot after leaving. I'd say find another garage but your options are limited and they all stink.

EDIT: They've addressed the staffing shortages and are now back to great service. You might occasionally have to wait a minute or two if you are parking or picking up your car late at night or on the weekend but during commuting hours I often wait less than 60 seconds to get my car. Used to be a great garage but in the last 2 weeks, the service has gotten ridiculously slow. 20-30 minutes to get a car out, and that's at off-peak times. Trying to drop off the car is even worse.
