The attendants don't really speak english - I'd suggest brushing up on your spanish before you get here. It's a bit difficult to figure out exactly how much you're going to pay when you can't ask them the specifics. They did keep my car from getting stolen, broken into, scratched, dented, so I suppose they did their job. Payment is calculated by increments. If you go over one threshold, you pay the next. For example, if you stay over 10 hours (or was it 14), you pay for the full 24 hours. So if you're staying longer than 10 (or 14, I can't remember) there's no reason to pick up your car early.

I parked my car here - the guy walked away with my credit card to get the car, and it seemed a little suspicious. Then the next day he used my card information to buy himself lunch. It wasn’t a huge amount, and then he did it again. I would avoid this place! Like another reviewer, I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Parked my car here for over a year. They badly scratched both mirrors and the manager (Miguel?) said to my face he didn't see any damage and didn't file a report. The City Parking office wouldn't do anything about it without a report. Left the garage. Shady and unprofessional.

Even if you book online, the lot can be packed—and you will have to call customer service to get refunds. What a pita!

Staff was polite, no waiting for drop off and pickup was quick. Price was exactly as expected.
