DO. NOT. PARK. HERE!!!!! They wrecked my car!!! They tried banking on me not noticing an extensive amount of damage done to the whole side of my car! They were rude, unprofessional and unable to take off the responsibility. Do not park here! There’s plenty of other lots in the area! I’ve used garages in the city a countless number of times and have never been treated so poorly. DRIVERS BE CAREFUL!

THEY STEAL FROM YOUR CAR! DO NOT RESERVE PARKING THERE! I booked 199 Water Street Garage LLC located on 147 John St. New York, NY through Spothero for $41.67, just for 2 HOURS yesterday, September 4th, 2023! It’s VALET parking and someone who works there STOLE $5 worth of Quarters from the center console of my car! I need/use those quarters for parking meters and some fool didn’t think I would notice! I had proof, because I took a photo of my quarters, before I left my car with an attendant!!! I’m NOT rich, I I NEED MY MONEY! I use QUARTERS EVERY DAY FOR METERS! DO NOT PURCHASE PARKING HERE! YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE! I called the cops to come with me to confront them and was able to file a Police Report and will follow up! THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO STEAL ANYTHING FROM MY CAR! VALET PARK

Worst parking attendant I’ve ever had, he was very very rude, not only to me but to an old lady that was there before me as well. If I hadn’t been late for a meeting I would have parked somewhere else in a heartbeat! I asked the other attendant that was in the little kiosks what his name was and he wouldn’t give me his name he just said (yeah he is crazy). I just wanted to get out of there ASAP!
