1A General Services Plumber

Pablo and his team were better than excellent. I have had nothing but problems with handymen since buying my house and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with 1A-General Services. They were very responsive, personable and, most importantly, got the job done. They figured out problems that no one else could and use high quality material. No cutting of corners. I could tell how hard they worked throughout the process and the pride that they put into their work product. At the end, you wouldn't even know that they were here. Everything is fixed once and for all and they showed up first thing in the morning every day. Highly recommended.

I have worked with 1A General Services for a few years now. As a property manager they are my go-to plumber. They did a great job in replacing the duct work under 10 minutes with minimal interruption to the residents. The job was done right and they did a great job cleaning up. When I have had minor work their response is same day. They evaluate the situation insure that a temporary solution is in place (when feasible) if they need to return to make the permanent repairs. They don't look for an easy way out. I had a problem with a clogged pipe in an AC system. 2 AC contractors could not figure out the problem. 1A came out and realized that the pipe that the AC companies were working on was not the ac system. As a property manager Pablo and his team are my go to plumbers for the last several years. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, understands the nature of my business and works to minimize disruption of services to residents. Seriously, these guys can diagnose and fix anything.

The worst at returning calls. Confirms appointments and never shows. Won’t call back to reschedule. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Don’t recommend. Very disappointed because Jose is nice person to talk when he does answer the phone.

I had a leak under my sink and it was not professionally repaired, they just put a “band aid” on the issue. Not professional work for a licensed plumber.
