IMAC Design and Stone - Custom Countertops

I have worked with IMAC for about 6 years now. I am a custom kitchen and bathroom builder with very high expectations and I have not used any other company other than IMAC for all my jobs. I've used them in my own home as well. I get quick responses for design and quotes as well as installation. Their pricing is excellent for the high quality of work they do. I would recommend any homeowner or builder to use IMAC for all their stone and countertops needs!!!

What a fantastic company! I just had my kitchen redone. It is a decent size and the entire project took about a month. I had cabinets done by a separate company but this granite company for the countertops was amazing! The owner Charles is always a phone call or a text away! It took a little longer the I anticipated but it was well worth the wait. I chose quartz and the wait was for fabrication (only an extra week). The gentleman who installed the tops Pablo and Carlos showed up as scheduled, very polite and precise with measurements. Not to mention patience since I had a lot of questions and three dogs while they worked. I didn’t know that I had to mount the dishwasher into the quartz countertop so I called Charles and the men came back out the very next day to mount my washer. They are t

IMAC is absolutely amazing!! 🤩 I had 3 complex projects and Charles, the owner took great care and effort to understand my business’ project needs. Their team was efficient, and followed my instructions well. There was one point a revision was needed thankfully just before the stone was cut. Charles didn’t complain about it and he was very professional and helpful. But what I appreciate the most about them is how good the communication is. They answer phone calls and text messages well and respond quickly. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors but they’re the best. I’ve found a new and reliable contractor. Highly recommend for other designers and investors.

Charles and his crew were beyond excellent. From the very first consultation, I found Charles to be knowledgeable, patient and experienced. He was willing to hear out our vision and helped us create it perfectly. From deciding between quartz and natural stone, and exploring the option of backlit translucent slabs, his insights were top notch. Home remodeling is stressful, full of disappointments and missed deadlines. These guys were the one exception, they were ahead of schedule and even had return twice to complete the installation because of delays from other contractors! Throughout all this, Charles was very understanding. Definitely a 5 star experience!
