Dang It's Hot!

August 2025 In 2023 My air conditioner was so old I expected it to stop any minute for the last 6 years.. finally I started calling contractors.. I had five contractors come to give me guidance and bids.. The first three said they could put the new air conditioner in the Attic where the old one is.. one contractor from a very well known company said we needed to put the new system in the garage but they do not do removal and replacement.. Then Tony Ferrara walked in.. after I told him.. 'she runs, but I think any minute she'll die' Tony said.. 'let the old girl Run until she actually i will be able to get over to you the minute that happens'.. That was August 2023 That old air ran another 2 years.. Tony was the only contractor that didn't pressure me..or make me feel more fear.. Additional

Our air stopped working and they got us on the schedule very fast. Our service tech, Jeff, was amazing. He was clean, polite, professional…etc. he took the time to explain everything to us and made suggestions on how to approach our system and to maintain it for longevity. We loved the company so much from start to finish that we are now using them for our maintenance every 6 months.

James was FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend!!! He was respectful, stayed on topic, and quick & efficient!! I felt super safe having him in my home and would recommend him to any one. Even our cat liked him :) He diagnosed & repaired our heater issue quickly and even double checked extra things to be thorough. 10/10 customer service experience!!

James did a thorough review of the wiring mess I made of the system and put it back together really quickly. It’s great to have experienced people come to my rescue. He was very understanding and helped me get thru the bad moments that had kept me up the night before. Pls send James a great big “Thank You” for being so upbeat and helpful today.

Great experience! The team was knowledgeable and helpful. Installation went smoothly and we were impressed with how polite and professional everyone was. The office was also very helpful in walking us through the paperwork and getting the appointment set. We will use them again!
