Heads up, if you park at 10pm on Friday and leave at 10am Saturday, you get charged $53... I should have popped by at 7:30am, driven out, paid the $15 evening special, and then re-parked for the weekend rate... Also your car is basically inaccessible after normal business hours. There is a number you can call to maybe be let in, but good luck. I'll be searching for a different spot in the future.

The credit card reader didn't work when I tried to exit. The credit card reader at the entrance worked fine, but it doesn't matter when you try to exit. I tried both swipe and chip, neither worked. I had to call the operator, complain, and receive a text message that linked to a payment website. I typed in the same credit card, and then the gate finally opened. It was very frustrating for me and the 5+ cars behind me. Park somewhere else, don't take your chances on this garage.

Lots of parking. I'm not sure I'd say the way to pay is convenient, but it was straightforward. We were there less than 24 hours and it cost almost $60, which seemed like a lot...or maybe I'm just old lol

Several cars ended up stuck in this garage after midnight on a Sunday night. The machine would not accept any of our credit cards and there is no option to pay cash. A woman in one of the cars even tried buying a spot hero pass to get out, and the machine would not even accept her QR code. I also tried using my card at one of the other machines to pay, and that machine wasn’t working either. We pressed the call button to call for help, and nobody ever came on the line. We called the garage security, and the guy told us there was nothing they could do to open the gate or let us out. He said the only thing he could tell us is to press the button to call for help. We explained that we had already been waiting an hour and nobody had answered the help button. He said yeah, unfortunately there’

Beware: locked about 12 of us inside. Machines read “does not accept credit card” but only accept credit cards. The box was experiencing an error and the honking began. No one’s ticket would work with a credit or debit card. We sat stuck calling for help for over 30 minutes. Pressed call button, called all 3 different “emergency” numbers. Not one answers, and the main number on the machine was not even in service. We had to force the gate open to be able to leave. This issue continued for 12 other cars
