1st Choice did a great job with drywall/insulation removal & repair at my condo. Bill & Kaiden were both excellent to work with! Highly recommend! :)

1st choice are absolutely amazing, I had a leakage in the basement of my condo and Caiden (not sure if thats how you spell it, apologies) came out twice to fix the issue. Amazing service and he was amazing! Thank you 1st choice!

Kaiden from 1st choice has been great for the projects I needed done. Always on time, here when I needed to get things done. Very professional and always cleaned up great when finished. I would recommend them for all your home projects

I had a water leak into my bedroom. Kaiden came out the first day, opened a hole in the ceiling and dried out the attic. He went on the roof and reshingled the area. A few days later they put in new and better insulation, closed the ceiling and painted with primer. Good workmanship.
