1st Look Home Inspections

Had my 1st home inspection done and the entire experience was great. He took the time to check everything he could get his hands on and was in contact with me when he found anything noteworthy as well as discussed solutions. The report was extensive, informative and almost 40 pages for a small single story home with plenty of pictures. Wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

Kurt is a super legit guy, very professional but also very easy going. I informed him im a first time home buyer an asked him if he minded if i shadowed him just to learn some stuff. I am very aware that it is very annoying to have someone looking over your shoulder but he didnt mind at all he said, he let me follow him around the whole time he was there an explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what he was looking for. Unfortunately the deal on the house fell through, but i will be calling kurt again for my next inspection. Also very affordably priced an he was quick getting his detailed inspection sent over next day.
