1st Choice Flooring Kitchen and bath

My husband and I have thought long and hard about writing this review. We don’t take putting forth bad reviews lightly. We just felt strongly that we did not want other potential clients to fall into the same trap that we did. First Choice Flooring and Tile might have been a “ 5 star” company in the past, but that was not our experience at all. We hired First Choice in September of 2025 to do a full master bathroom renovation and some tiling in our kitchen. It is now February 2026 and the project still remains unfinished. There was one set back after another; one crisis after another. The sub-contractors, while very sweet people, never started their work day before 11am. I Renovated my kitchen, it turned out beautifully. If you want master craftsmen you will be very happy with Fred & Nemo and all their excellent crew members. These guys are masters of the craft. They are very clean and efficient and offer helpful design advice. Can’t wait to hire them to do my bathrooms.

I had a fantastic experience with 1st Choice Flooring. Fred and his family were so very helpful and responsive to my flooring needs. I have pets and live in an upstairs condo so sound was a factor, They provided several options, and installed my flooring quickly and beautifully. Fred's crews performed a total repaint of the interior of my home in addition to installing new carpet throughout all while I remained in Seattle packing up for the move.
