I'm a two time customer and have been completely happy both times! Communication was great, the crew was fast, professional, and courteous, and the price was fair. The first time, they worked on the garage. Years later, there was settling in a different area and they did a great job stabilizing with new piers. In addition, they adjusted a couple of the existing piers as a warranty repair just to make sure everything was aligned. Great job overall!

I am writing this review after owning a home with piers installed by 1st Choice Foundation. The repair was completed in November 2015 (yes). When they finished the job, they told me no settling should happen. And 11 years later, the house is still rock solid. Nothing has changed over those years. This should let you know do quality work that will stand the time (and pressure) to support your foundation. Thanks again for the long lasting solution to a foundation issue we had in 2015 with no issues.
