My wife said it the best when they were installing our new Trane heat pump, “These guys are amazing“! From the time I met Igor for the initial bid and through the installation and afterward, First Choice, demonstrated that they are one of the best heating/air companies I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did I get a fair price on my unit, the owner, Igor, was present during a lot of the installation. His team was awesome, very respectful of our property, and explained everything that they did. I’ve had a couple follow up questions and their response was almost instantaneous. I would highly recommend first choice to not only service your equipment, but also for a fair deal and great installation on a Trane heat pump or similar train unit. I should also add that Igor pointed out several things

1st Choice Heating and Air has routinely serviced my HVAC system for the past several years. I’ve been impressed by their friendly, effective operation and transparent cost structure. Recently I had a heating unit go on the blink, and I needed help. I called 1st Choice. Igor came promptly, took time to diagnose the problems, and explained my alternatives and the comparative costs. I chose to go with replacement. He called in a crew, and they replaced the entire HVAC system over the course of that afternoon. By nightfall I had heat. 1st Choice went the extra mile for me, and I cannot recommend them too highly.

The customer.service was exceptional from the receptionist. But, I was not happy with technician he just wasn't friendly and I just felt like he didn't care whether he had my business or not. I was told one price for the thermostat and then was charged way more then what was told to me initially. And then I went an looked the exact same thermostat up st Home Depot and it.was literally 50$ and I was charged 290!! That's a rip off! And taking advantage of someone! I have no problem paying for services and for the labor but I was definitely overcharged and it's not ok when u tell me one price an then charge me another price.

Denis was excellent! He was on time, very professional and explained everything thoroughly. The prices are very fair. I am very pleased with 1st Choice Heating & Air.

I booked an appointment online in the morning for a thermostat replacement, I received a call with 30 minutes to discuss my job, Igor said he would be at my home between 1-3pm, he arrived and installed my thermostat in minutes. I have been trying to get someone to install this for almost a year and had so many issues until Igor came and sorted it out. I highly recommend 1st Choice for your heating and air needs.
