Great company to deal with! Professional, on time, tidy and the techs explain everything in detail and show you before and after the work. James (from Plumbing) flushed out a very old hot water heater to get rid of tons of debris and Stormy & Josh (from the HVAC department) cleaned the heating systems and made repairs to fix issues the previous owners left unattended.

So this company was assigned through my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater. I Paid this company 1200 dollars (in conjunction with what the home warranty paid them) for a water heater install that is leaking 7 months later. When I called them to alert them to the problem, they refused to honor the “one (1) year workmanship (hands on pipe repair) warranty” that is listed on their own estimate that I signed prior to the install. They claim since it was installed with the home warranty that their workmanship warranty does not apply and I would have to pay an additional fee just for them to come look at it.
