Professional honest people that care about delivering a great service at a fair price. I had a maintenance check and the technician Josh Garza shared with me the best way to take care of the unit and their honest opinion. Josh was professional, prompt, and courteous. He addressed my concerns and fixed any small issues with my HVAC unit (air flow insulation covering). Overall I was happy with the service and plan to call for any more HVAC/AC issues and maintenance. Thank you!

Aaron and this team from Air Rescue are phenomenal to work with and have earned my trust completely. Timely and accurate communication from start to finish. No salesmanship and superb customer service. I appreciate Aaron taking the time to educate me on the HVAC landscape and the installation of two new AC units was prompt and efficient. They have done good work for me in the past. However, I started their regular service schedule where I pay monthly and they are supposed to come out 2x a year to maintain the equipment and they have not come out in over a year. The last issue was that I scheduled an appointment for last Friday and they did not show up but also didn’t even contact me and I’ve continued to be charged every month. Pretty bummed about this because I previously liked them.

Aaron is with out a doubt the most honest person I've worked with relating to my HVAC system. He looked at an issue I was having with my thermostat, which turned out to be minor. After an inspecting every aspect of my system, he explained in detail what the issue was and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of useless stuff. Thanks Aaron, we greatly appreciate you!
