Got my car key fixed and got it duplicated here in September! Price is phenomenal and the customer service is above and beyond here! My key had problems and I brought it in and got it fixed in 2 minutes!! I own a local window cleaning business and this was so helpful to get me ready for my upcoming clients!! I needed keys made for a unique lock, and after trying several places in the area without success, Ace Hardware Celina kindly referred me to A-1 Locksmith just down the road—and I’m so glad they did! Zach was incredibly helpful from the start, assisting me with two different types of keys. One of the specialty keys didn’t work quite right, which we had anticipated might happen due to its unusual design. I returned to the store and Dane, the owner, was there that evening and jumped in to help with the duplication process. We made one key to test and planned to follow up the next Tuesday. Dane with A-1in Celina is simply awesome. We had some extra keys cut and what seemed like a simple request got complicated very quickly. We tried the new keys which worked perfectly, but the core for the lock became dislodged and could freely move in and out. Contacted Dane thinking it was related to our new keys and he stopped by our place of work after finishing up another appointment. Figured out the set screw for the core was loose and he fixed that issue. Dane did not have to do any of this as it was not related to any of our new keys being made. A++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will ensure all future locks, keys, etc are done through A-1 because of his kind gesture and customer service. It is hard to find that level of service in today's world. Thanks Dane!

We just moved into the area and worked with Dane at A1 to upgrade the locks on our home. He gave us some great advice and did the install himself.
