My mouse issue was taken care of quickly and easily. I am very happy with the services. I had a couple of options at different price points. Both options were reasonable. I am glad I used the services to get rid of my small problem before it became a big one. I plan on yearly check ups to stop any more issues before they arise.

I contacted 1st Choice for an ant problem originally in April. Local businesses always work best for me & they are no exception. Cost & process was clearly explained & questions were answered with no pushiness or fast talk. Technician arrived a few days later on time, extremely courteous, explained the process, applied treatment & explained recommended follow-up. Again, there was no pushiness or fast talk. Further treatment is up to the customer - no contract. But I am already seeing positive results, so I most likely will have follow-up treatment to keep situation under control. From my experience with office personnel, technicians & affordable cost, I recommend this company. Update: Bi-monthly treatments have kept the problem under control. I waited to do this review until some time had passed because I wanted it to be accurate. 1st Choice has dedicated technicians that will not give up on problem solving. What a relief! They have worked in various ways to rid our home of mice, which has not been an easy feat. I’m grateful for all my experiences with this company. Everyone has been kind, professional, and dedicated. This company should be your first choice!
