1st Heating and Cooling

1st heating and cooling replaced both my air conditioner and furnace and did an excellent job. There was very good communication along the way. I received notifications and they came at their scheduled appointment day. This is a company that listens to what you want and tries it's best to please you---I wanted upgrades on the furnace to 90.000 BTU High Efficiency and a Three Ton air conditioner. Ryan the owner personally came over and did the estimate and spend a lot of time with me. Joe, Owan and Cory were very trustworthy, no worries about having them finish the job when we were not at home. Great company! Fast, efficient and reliable. Ryan and the service techs. Brennen and Austin, are the best! Prompt, friendly and professional. I woke up to a cold house on Saturday morning and thought I'd probably have to suffer through the weekend. So, I was amazed and relieved that they responded right away. Brennen was at my house within a couple hours and, although he didn't have the right part to complete the repair, he found a temporary solution to make sure I had heat through the weekend. Beyond doing a good job, it mattered to him that I was comfortable during the coldest week of the year. And I believe that's what sets this company apart from many others.

I cannot recommend 1st Heating and Cooling enough! I knew my 20 year old furnace was near death...I had received mailers from the company over the years, and for some reason saved them (there is a reason for everything!), so when my furnace started making sounds - that you know means the end...I called them out to inspect. The technician was polite and informative and confirmed in complete detail how the unit was in the process of failing. The tech left and within hours William came back out to review my needs and provide repair and replacement options. Beyond excellent competitive price for a great new unit. Ryan and Wes’ Team are all on the same page to do top notch work. From their friendliness, knowledge of product, clean-presentable appearance and their on time prompt service, they’ve come to work to earn my business, trust and confidence. Definitely very conscious of their behavior as they have made sure to be respectful of my home by placing floor coverings on my carpet and shoe protection in other areas. 1st Heating and Cooling arrived to tackle the one day installation with 3 technicians and they worked efficiently to complete as promised. We lost our heat on a Thursday afternoon and called another contractor immediately. They could not locate the part that was needed But 1st Heating had it in stock and once they realized that we had no heat, they had a person at our door within 2 1/2 hours. Best of all they quoted their prices ahead of time and their customer service and service technician were both excellent. Wish I hadn’t lost my heat, but I found the right contractor!
