Sebastian and Oak Lane Construction did a phenomenal job with our small master bathroom renovation! Communication was top-tier and made planning very easy. Cost was explained up front, and again when some unexpected repairs to the floor came up. You can tell that Sebastian really cares about the quality of work, and we seriously could not be happier with the outcome. He went above and beyond. We will definitely be reaching out for more home projects in the future!!

I can’t say enough good things about the work that Sebastian did fixing some rotting wood at my house. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail, the cleanliness during the work, but most importantly the communication along the way. Sebastian did an excellent job designing the footing and pouring the concrete for the installation of a Bilco cellar door. He is very precise with his work and the job was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. He is a pleasure to work with. I look forward to having him work on other home projects. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an engineer and craftsman.

He moved items blocking where he needed to paint and brought our mini fridge out to the curb. Things that should have been done before he came but we were unable to do. He did it cheerfully. The paint job is superb. We needed some repairs that were included in the quote. He did an excellent job. We highly recommend him to everyone. We plan on hiring him again and again.

It was great working with Sebastian! I had in my home for a bathroom upgrade project.
