Guy was incredible to work with - passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers. He was even able to get our roof and gutters approved through State Farm, which is no small task. Danny Wical, our project manager at 1st National Roofing, LLC was phenomenal! He walked us through every step from the moment we met until the roof job was completed. He spent several hours with me to explain every aspect of every question I had (which was obviously a lot) the first time we met. He is very detail oriented, professional, and knows his trade. He was instrumental dealing with our insurance company and helping to file our roof claim. He was also here with his efficient and large crew to make sure everything on the roof replacement job was done properly. They actually were able to complete our roof replacement in 1 day! Highly recommended. Danny Wical gave us the best customer service I have had from any company period. My roof had been denied by insurance from 2 previous companies. With 1st national, Danny busted his tail to prove storm damage. He worked for 4 months , going on my roof no less than 5 times and working with my insurance to get it approved. In the end, he made it happen, they installed a beautiful roof and insurance covered it. You won’t get better service than with Danny!
