1st Post Fencing

Disappointed to leave this feedback, but I won’t tolerate unprofessionalism. This company is unreliable and inconsistent. I scheduled my job weeks in advance. Not only did the owner continue to postpone my job, when they finally showed up (multiple weeks late), I didn’t get what I paid for. I tried numerous times to have them complete the job, but the owner continued to no call/no show. The young workers who did the staining were half decent, they stayed late on a Fri to complete their part. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I contacted 1st Post Fencing after another company that I had used before never came out to give me an estimate at our new house. 1st Post Fencing was in my area, and I'm so glad I contacted them. Clay, the owner himself came out, gave me an estimate on the spot and let me know when they could start the job. Later Clay messaged me and asked if he could start the job early to which I said yes, and they power washed and stained my fence and it looks great. Clay is awesome--do not hesitate to give his company your business--he is very professional and prompt and does what he says!!

1st Post Fencing did a great job on our re-staining project. Clay coordinated very efficiently with me regarding schedule, requesting changing the stain spraying day based on upcoming winds in the forecast, and provided a very professional product.

We hired 1st Post Fencing last October after they did our neighbors fence and we loved how it looked. Clay took really good care of us. They came out, got the work done quickly, and our fence looks amazing. I just reached out to them again because we had some storm damage and they were extremely responsive. I highly recommend them.

The pricing was very reasonable, making it a great value for the service provided. Clay was incredibly responsive and punctual throughout the entire process, which made everything run smoothly.
