1st Rate Plumbing saved the day! After failing to hear back or connect with other businesses, 1st Rate Plumbing scheduled me for a minor emergency fix the day after calling. Their crew, Danny and Boyd, arrived promptly at 9:30am and worked to fix our clogged kitchen sink pipe. I encountered a continued issue of the clog right after they left and was able to contact the office and have them return back immediately to investigate the issue. Their quick attentiveness and kindness were much appreciated as they worked to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this local company if you are searching for a plumber. These guys really are “first rate.” They were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and honest. Explained what they intended to do every step of the way, kept me well informed and included me in the decision making process. They were willing to accommodate my special requests and even offered to come back later that day to "give me a little more time." So nice! They were knowledgeable and efficient but more importantly they treated me so kindly...I would highly recommend them to anyone. A good experience all the way around.

Highly recommend them. They came out to fix a leaking pipe and even double checked before they left. Their was 2 guys and they were here only half an hour.

From the moment we called and spoke to Melissa, to the finished job, they were all very professional and thoughtful to do a great job. Melissa understood that we had no water for severall days over the holiday and worked diligently to get us worked in. We will tell all of our F and F about 1st Rate Plumbing!
