I have never hated to give a 1-star review more than now. I really liked their customer service BEFORE they came out, and they seemed to do a great job. Unfortunately, the main reason I had my tank pumped was because I wanted them to identify my septic tank and drain field locations--which they apparently did--but then were unavailable to explain what the flags meant. I am trying to figure out where I can build a pool. The problem is that there is one flag far away from the tank and drain field. It is on the opposite side of the yard, and the only one. It's right where I want to put the pool. Yet, I couldn't get an answer from the company about what that flag represents. Is it part of the drain field? Maybe it's a marker of some sort to indicate where they need to add more hose to reach
