we found 1st Resort Carpet Cleaning thru 'Angi' List and what a great find - from the moment I spoke to Tony on the phone to the moment that Cody finished the job - customer services was great. The carpet looks brand new for being 10yrs old - the stair were left immaculate. The only thing we have left to do is wait for 24hrs for it to dry and then one pass with vacuum cleaner as some residual dog hair remains (we were told about this - no surprise) - GREAT JOB - THANK YOU

Tony cleaned our carpets today and they look and feel amazing. We were overdo for a carpet cleaning after our puppy finished house training. With puppy accidents in the rear view we wanted a professional cleaning and someone who could treat the carpets for prior pet stains and odors. I feel like 1st Resort embodies the best of local businesses. I got a response literally minutes after putting the form in on the website. When they arrived they were fast, friendly, and efficient. We don't live in a big place, but they got 550 sqft of carpet and stairs pet treated/cleaned, an area rug, and a couch cleaned in under an hour after arriving. They also worked to fit us into their schedule before the holidays which I extra appreciate.

Tony did an exceptional job! I was desperate, and somehow he fit me in last-minute! He cleaned and sanitized my sewage overflow from when my pipes broke in the basement. He also cleaned and sanitized the stairs in the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He really goes above and beyond ! I’m so lucky to have found his Business! Outstanding results!!!

We had our sectional cleaned (much needed after 5 years, 2 little ones and a dog). It looks like new! The technician spent almost 2 hours so he was extremely diligent. Their pricing seems to be very competitive as well. Have already recommended them!
