2 Overhill Road Garage (Propark)

The valet rudely informed me that validation was only valid for 90 min, and that I owed him for 2hrs of parking. I asked him to explain since I had only been on the property for about 2 and a half hours. He became aggressive and tried to argue with me, bringing in the second valet who also refused to explain why I would be charged for 2 hours. In the end I was forced to pay for two hours to leave the garage despite the math not making sense. When the other valet retrieved my car he sped past me to the exit. Overall not happy with the attitude of the valets, or the way they drove my car especially in such a small space. I reached out to propark for a partial refund using their site form, but they have been un-responsive. I would avoid this garage if you can help it. EDITING TO ADD: I have

Garage is a little small could be larger but they have valet parking.

Not friendly staff. Very expensive short term parking for the area. Attendant took their time inspecting car after time stamp then after when I was exactly 2 minutes over for an hour of parking the attendant refused any grace. $12 for hour and 2 minutes of parking in Scarsdale. LAZ should be ashamed.
