2 Seasons Heating & Cooling LLC

Furnace went out. After playing the YouTube mechanic I realized I was in over my head. I called and 2 seasons picked up on a Saturday. Of the three companies that answered, 2 seasons had the lowest hourly rate and they had the second best reviews. They scheduled me for same day weekend service with no extra charge. They had to replace the unit and came back the next day (Sunday) and installed. The mechanic, Mike, was friendly, hard working, and great at communicating the solution. I don’t see myself bothering to call anybody else in the future. These folks made this an easy, no regrets choice.

Called for service. Told it could be several hours. Never heard back after 4 hrs so had to call again. Then told he's too busy. Not good customer service. Just needed a call to let me know when or if someone would get out to us. 30 second call to let me know you couldn't make it out so that I had time to call someone else was all I needed. I did call another company, service man called within 1/2 hour to let us know when he could make it. That's good customer service. Keeping the customer informed, that's all I'm asking.

Quick response time with friendly service and affordable pricing! I appreciated the education I received during the repair of my air conditioner as well. Highly recommend this company!

Called early in the morning. Had a tech out to my house within the hour. Great job. Would recommend to anyone.
