This garage near Hunter College is a solid choice—clean, convenient, and tucked in a safe spot on the Upper East Side. Entrance for your car is right by Bristol Plaza at 210 E 65th Street, and exiting is a breeze via elevator straight into the lobby of 205 E 64th Street. The prepay barcode from the SpotHero app scanned perfectly to handle the final bill, the attendants including Kingsford, were helpful. That said, the on-site weekend rates turned out to be cheaper than what I shelled out through the app, which was a bit of a letdown, and the directions could use a refresh for clarity. Still, if you’re parking in the area, it’s a reliable option overall.

It’s fine. Don’t expect great service. You get what the employees are paid for.

I never write reviews, bad or otherwise, but felt the need to. Make sure you confirm multiple times that you're at the correct garage if you're using spot hero with these folks. I specifically asked the attendant, as three garages on the same block look very similar, and he assured me it was, but that I was early. When I went to give him the Spot Hero ticket, it didn't come up and he told me it was the wrong garage. He then wouldn't refund me or validate the price, so I ended up paying both the regular fee AND the spot hero fee. I understand I also made a mistake but this was really shady stuff.

Staff at Bristol Garage under management of CityParking is negligent and regularly damages vehicles. Witnessed multiple problems with other customers before staff damaged my vehicle. Avoid.

Booked on spot hero and then when I arrived they denied me saying the lot was full even though I had a fully pre paid reservation. The whole point of a reservation is to have a spot saved, don't park here. Almost ruined my graduation.
