200 E 69th St Garage

I made a parking reservation via the Spot Hero app. I showed up 3 minutes before my reservation (8:30AM), and the garage attendant said he couldn’t take my car until the time which is a little ridiculous because it’s just 3 minutes. As a courtesy, he asked me to turn my car off and wait. My reservation was until 10:30AM and I told him I’d likely be back before then. I came back at 9:15 and said I need to sit in my car and take an important call. My car was in front so I got in, but he still had my keys. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and he continues to ask how much long I’ll be. I told him a few more minutes. He comes back to me 10 minutes later while I’m still on the phone and tells me his office is telling him they can’t have people in the garage and thought I’d only be there 5 minut

Used spotHero and everything went smooth. Only paid $23 for the day, and the reviews weren’t too great, so I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was quick and friendly. Took a few minutes for the guy to check me in after I parked, other than that It would be 5 stars.
