The longest shot of the story is their machine was wasn't accurate. After scanning my tickets along with my job provided coupon: I had zero balance on getting to the exit something went wrong and it didn't recognize my paid ticke. I called customer service and spoke with somebody called Derek. He's the worst!!! He should not be working customer service, very rude, very nonchalant, unwilling to help. He kept on hanging up on me, wouldn't allow me speak with a manager. He asked me to pay the full price even though my job already paid. Uncooperative, wouldn't even meet me half way. I called a couple times as he was unhelpful hoping to get to speak to someone else but he kept picking up and hanging up with an attitude. Eventually I spoke with the lady that ended up helping me. But whoever

Would not recommend this parking space. If you can afford an extra $5, then park somewhere else. Getting out of here after leaving the theaters is a nightmare. Stuck here with gate not going up and with no attendant to help. If you ever plan on parking here, bring an axe for real.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Whatever you do — stay out of this garage. Horrible service and they will add charges to every second you exceed. When we spoke to the costumer service — she hung up on us! The worse experience we’ve ever had parking. Used them through SpotHero and it was a total waste of money — and we ended up having to pay the garage as well — they would not even entertain a conversation. Do yourselves a favor and Stay out!

Getting out after a parade was horrible. The answering service at the automated gate was grossly disgusting. A few drivers were so frustrated after 2 hours of being stuck on the ramp they were doing burnouts in the garage. Management should know the issues but are probably more concerned about collecting their fees. It could only be worse if someone would've had a medical emergency while trying to exit. They would never get out. Scaned prepay apps only work if everybody uses them. No way out if somebody has trouble with paying at the gate.

2 hour parking for lunch last Saturday and got robbed for 59 bucks the customer service phone # on the receipt is not a valid number either
