DO NOT park here. Zero stars if I could but google makes you give at least one. Booked through ParkWhiz for event at the Van Buren (link from their page so you would think vetted). Parking on fifth floor or higher only, which should not be an issue except there are NO elevators for guests, despite signs. Only residents. Door to get out of stairwell missing handle. We had to claw our way out. Terrible signage to get out of building someone resorted to handmade signs. On retuning to building the scanner to open the door to access the stairs to reach the garage did not work. Had to call for help. Then climb another 5 floors as also no elevators for public access to go up. Finally, very steep drive and very tight spaces. Park somewhere else!!!

The ramps are steep and turns are equally sharp: they are making their square footage max $$, I'd only park here again because nothing's available by a meter on the street or any other parking lot or garage. I'd also advise if you're not comfortable driving manual transmission or your brakes are bad, *do not* park here. Trying to exit as a pedestrian to the street is not obvious - you'd think this garage is old but it's not.

We purchased tickets to The bugs Bunny symphony downtown Phoenix and then had to find parking so we selected this spot. Reserved a ticket online. Got a barcode drove to location. Use my barcode on my phone gate open fine. Then all hell broke loose after the concert we tried to get in the building use. My barcode would not allow us to get in. There was 15 people lined up trying to get in. None of it would work. Finally, there was a resident that opened the door for us. Then we were allowed to get to our elevator. Get to our car proceeded to exit. Got to the security bar to get out scan. My barcode from my phone would not work. An attendant was there which is unusual because evidently they had problems. He use my phone still did not work so I asked for my credit card that I used to purchase

Worst parking experience ever. Couldn't get the bar code to scan properly so ended up paying twice for this terrible garage.

This parking garage has incredibly steep ramps between floors and a very tight layout. Do not recommend if you have a sports car or truck.
