The sales and office support was very understanding and responsive as we changed our minds several times in scope and timing. The quality of the pier brackets looked great. The crew came in, had professional quality tools and worked their butts off all day long and finished ahead of schedule. The only delay came from waiting on the county inspector before covering the holes. I am a construction manager (in a different field) so I know a well run job and this was one.
