I recently purchased my first home and needed to have the dryer vent checked since it hadn’t been used in years and was completely closed off by the previous owner. Tyler from My Dryer Vent Cleaners came out to inspect it and honestly did an incredible job. The vent was badly neglected and seemed impossible to unclog, but he patiently worked at it until it was fully cleared. What really stood out was how much extra care he took with the job. Very pleased with their service. My dryer was taking too long to dry and it turns out the vent was clogged. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the service technician was very professional and explained everything he would do to fix the issue. He even showed me before and after pictures and video of the vent so I was confident the job was done right. Highly recommend them!

I was extremely happy with this business and it was 100% worth the cost. Scheduling was friendly and easy. I knew exactly what to expect regarding cost and services. Tyler was friendly, respectful, and did not try and upsell me at all. He replaced some duct work and added material to create a better seal that was causing issues with condensation and proper filtration. He identified the cause of pests getting into our duct work and remedied that with an extra trip to purchase proper materials to fix the issue. I used this company for the first time and was extremely impressed with their services. They arrived as scheduled, listened to the issues I was having with a new dryer, and spent the necessary time to do a great job cleaning the dryer vent (that went all the way to the roof). This cleaning solved my clothes drying issues with my new dryer completely. Photos were taken before and after the cleaning, as well as a video during the cleaning, to make sure I would be satisfied. I had no idea the performance of even a new clothes dryer would be so affected by a dirty and/or clogged dryer vent.
