they told us it was $65 to park (then changed it to $52? when we asked about the hotel rate) but it was $29 through spothero lol. parking/service itself was fine though since it wasn’t a busy time

I had my spot reserved for several weeks and when I got there at 630 this morning, the attendant told me the lot was full and I couldn't park there. When I told him I had reservations he said "I don't care, call spot hero" and was very rude. I was there for the tunnel to towers event and ended up being very late due to this. They shouldn't be on the app if they won't honor reservations.

They didn’t accept my online booking from ParkWhiz when I extended my time, so i have to pay twice for my second day. But when i made the reservation online and when there and asked they had said it would work.

Despite making and paying for my reservation through SpotHero, they didn’t want to honor it. I was told that they were not taking reservations via the app and wanted me to pay about 3X of what I paid for just 1 hour.

Yes, they drive all the cars like they stole them... they drive fast in a tight space. Because they are used to driving in this tight space. The reviews that say the ppl are rude are most likely ppl that don't usually use garages like this. These employees aren't about rainbows & butterflies... their job is to park cars and retrieve them. And that's exactly what they do. They aren't selling you perfume & they don't try to rub your ass with smiles & compliments. This type of business isn't about "customer service" it's about getting a job done as fast as possible. And in my experience, which is extensive, if you tell them you'll be back for your car at 11:15pm, at 11:15 pm your car will be pulled up in minutes.
