I booked with the expectation that my car would be accessible. Instead, I found out—too late—that the garage wasn’t available to customers. That detail wasn’t clearly disclosed, and it left me stranded. I know I’m not the only one who’s run into this issue. The company offered to cancel, but that’s not enough. A refund doesn’t fix a broken system. What’s needed is transparency, updated guidelines, and clear communication with third-party partners. Customers deserve better than vague policies and reactive apologies. I hope this review sparks change. Because good service isn’t just about fixing what went wrong—it’s about preventing it in the first place.

I visit regularly and Felton and the rest of the staff are super helpful, nice, and attentive.

been parking here for almost 2 years- felton, kareem, & victor are the best. they’re all super friendly & careful with my car. it’s unfortunate to see the monthly cost almost double as people from manhattan are coming & ditching their cars here. i used to recommend it heavily to my neighbors but now they are going with the larger/more affordable options nearby. i would also love to see the garage open past 10pm sometime soon, maybe at least on the weekends? overall i’ve been really happy with the service from the 3 attendants over the past few years & will likely stay here for a while :)

I had to drop to one star. Customers there for years gets NO priority. The cars get move around & no one called you, cars scratched & even property stolen, when NO ONE is supposed to be inside your car or stealing the caps from your tires.. Management changed & service is crappy, No improvement..

I stood waiting 30 minutes after several people called. The first bus showed up and the line was 50 plus people long. I was able to squeeze on to the second bus. I'll never us them again.
