21 W Garage

We loved this garage. Take a ticket when you enter and the gate opens right up. Make sure to TAKE YOUR TICKET WITH YOU. Don’t leave it in your car, as you’ll need to scan in to the entrance door (just east of Pizza Hut; to the left when looking at Pizza Hut). Pay on the first floor. We were downtown for 3 1/2 hours and it only cost us $5. Insert your ticket into the machine when you’re driving out and you’re all set.

Never thought I’d write a review for a parking garage, but don’t park here! Park across the street. Their ticketing system makes no sense, and the employees are nasty. They will lock you behind the gate if anything goes wrong with your ticket.

Awful experience last night. Myself and another friend pre paid for our parking on a third party site. When it came time to leave the attendant was extremely rude, calling us ‘suckers’ for pre paying because she didn’t know the process. She refused to look at our receipts. She would not let us leave without paying. We would have paid just to get out of there, but we were absolutely not going to allow us to call us names and yell at us. There was also no way for us to pull to the side or back up so we couldn’t let anyone out behind us. Eventually she had another garage patron call 911 on us. Yes 911. Which was a completely selfish use when there are people who actually need emergency services, not grumpy parking lot attendant who don’t understand the internet. We paid again just so we co

Mistakenly we entered to this garage, first you don't get a ticket so when we were exiting you have to pay a full amount otherwise you can't exit. I tried to call the number but nobody answers and there's only an answer machine that says the voicemail is FULL. Definitely I will call the city because this is not right!!!

This garage wouldn't let us leave. We were stuck for over 20 minutes and the was no answer on the call button. The car before is got stuck too. Do not park here after hours.
