Overcharged. The machine read my card to let us in, but would read it to let us out to cover the hourly rate ($28 for the 2 hrs), but the machine was able to read the same card on departure to charge us full rate of $40.
Best price there is in the area, nearby plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a really small lot, but there were plenty of spaces open when I was there. No one was on site that I saw but there were no issues using the kiosk, which I feel like is a common complaint at any parking garage.
We went online and reserved a spot. We arrive at our time and some guy came out of the lot yelling at me to leave and that the lot was full. I asked how to get a refund and he swore at me.
Great place to park for the viewing of the Titanic exhibit.
Great price but only on the weekend
