I’m writing this review while I’m still at the location. I don’t come to this area frequently. As a matter of fact this was my FIRST time Parking in the South Bronx, and I made it clear that I wasn’t sure what time I would leave. I came back to pick up the car earlier than the time I gave and the manager here told me “not to come back and that he will refuse me if I do”. TERRIBLE customer service. If I paid the same price as everyone else if shouldn’t matter when I come to pick up my car. Give me a break!

Did not honor ParkWhiz reservation. Proceeded to tell me to reverse out and ask ParkWhiz for a refund bc he didn’t “take my money, Park Whiz did.” Followed by “OUT OUT!” Never tf again. STAY AWAY!!!
