Reasonable rate. Five dollars an hour with a maximum of $20. Short walk to the harbor. Pay at the gate when you get out.

I needed to cancel my parking contract while I happened to be in Galveston. No one was in the office and no sign was on the door indicating a lunch break. The man that works in the parking booth showed up from what I was assuming is his lunch break and said the people in the office wouldn’t be back until 30+ minutes later. Very unprofessional and inconvenient for both of the office staff to leave for lunch at the same time and with no notice left on the door. Now I have to drive all the way down here on another day when I’m available. Such a waste of gas.

The elevator was not working but there were no signs to warn us. It was a long hot climb down 3 flights of stairs.

An elderly lady in front of me had her ticket stuck in the payment machine, and when she called the help number, the assistant started berating the customer loudly, saying "Where is your ticket. TICKET. YOUR TICKET. WHERE IS YOUR TICKET. TAKE YOUR TICKET. TICKET!!!" Mean, demeaning and horrible.

Prices for monthly parking keep raising, nearly to the point it would be cheaper to park on the street and pay the meter. But otherwise a nicely lit and clean parking building.
