2101 S Michigan Avenue Parking Garage

very expensive garage with little to no assistance when needed. Paying $210 a month for a monthly pass that gets “locked” for no reason. When I try to call either no one picks up or they say they’re not in their office to assist despite it being a week day during normal business hours. Multiple times I’ve had to find other parking and pay for that parking, so really what’s the point of paying for a monthly pass?

Parking below is horrid as it is very narrow and parking cars that are literally on top of each other. Can not open doors. Top parking is ok but the ramp access is dangerous coming down as it is so close to a wall. Still can manage though

Awful experience. Had trouble getting in and out. My scan pass would not work. Called the help number, got hung up on 3 times.

Clean...well lit, felt safe.

Very tight. I only was at ground level and could barely get out.
