I made my reservation with SpotHero and showed the attendant the reservation when I arrived — all straightforward. When I realized that I hadn't brought my car key — I use my Apple Watch or iPhone to unlock and start the car usually — the attendant, Mahmoud, was willing to wear my Apple Watch and use that to start the car while I was gone, while being friendly and understanding about the whole situation. He could easily have been annoyed or told me that without a key, I couldn't park there. I was very appreciative of the whole experience and would definitely park there again!

Such a pleasant garage. Moses, the attendant, was really kind and had a friendly relaxed attitude that was so welcoming. Really appreciated the kindness, friendliness and great service. A real gem in the area and a life saver on a day when two other garages we’d reserved turned us away.

If you use spothero or another parking reservation app, DO NOT PARK HERE. If you don't show your reservation at time of entry, they won't honor it when you return. Although the sign is there near the front, it doesn't stand out. If this is their rule, you'd think they would have the courtesy of reminding you at entry time. But in talking with the attendant at the end, he made it clear they have no obligation to ask when you arrive, making it seem on purpose that they don't ask, which is deceitful for everyone using the parking apps. Lesson learned for me, but this garage is not honest.

Wish I could give zero stars. Everyone who works here is a SCAM artist. They parked my car over a bed of nails, denied they did it, refused to share their names (Mike is the name everyone gives no matter if they're attendant or manager)- they refuse to give full name) and tried to send me to a place charging $90+ to fix a flat tire. DO NOT PARK HERE!

The parking attendant here ( Mike) highly lacks customer service and courtesy Towards the customers. I will never park here again and make sure to let everyone in my department at work to never do so either. The attendant had a nasty attitude because I wanted to use the “Spot Hero” app. I have used this app a ton of times and never encountered any issues until today. After a 13hr shift, i spend way too much time by calling spot hero, requested a refund ( which will take 7days to process) and pay for the fee as he refused to accept this. The lot is tiny anyway, don’t waste your time.
