Very bad experience for me. I noticed some scratches on my rear bumper, one of the workers must’ve backed up into something and didn’t tell me anything after waiting 25 minutes to receive my car. Truly unhappy with this service and won’t be returning. Edit: in the photo you can clearly see where they damaged my bumper. This scratch wasn’t here before.

Parked here overnight (at which time I was told it would be $25). I was 5 mins late returning to pick up my car, so they charged me an extra $15. In total I paid $40 when I was only expecting to pay $25. It seems like they’re more interested in getting as much money as possible out of you at once instead of having a repeat customer. Won’t be parking here again. Manager was rude - car attendants we OK.

They park your car. Really nice. Maybe cost as much as the others in the area. 2hr=$15, 10hr=$20, plus $1 service.

One of the workers, which we later found out was named Harrison, was extremely rude to my friends and I from the get go. We booked a spot in the parking garage ahead of time & when we pull in, we see the lot is “full” EXCEPT for those who have pre paid. So we pull in and this worker immediately gives us attitude, even after explaining we paid ahead of time and showing him proof. He then abruptly walks away to get someone else’s vehicle. When he pulls the other vehicle up, he idles there expecting me to move when he had enough room to pass me!! He then proceeds to beep at me & tell me to pull up. I did. We then wait there for a few more minutes until he finally walks up to my car, STARES at me without saying a word, forcing me to ask what he wants me to do. He rudely goes on to tell me to “

I've been here quite a few times this year, and always incredibly fast service, as well as very upfront and transparent and cheap pricing.
