I was nervous parking here from reading reviews but had a good experience. This garage was recommended by a Hyatt Hotel nearby that I was staying at last week. I followed instructions from hotel to advise I was a guest and was given my ticket and asked how many days. Upon check out of hotel they validated my parking ticket and quoted me a price, this was the same at the parking garage and I paid it. No surprise charges, nice efficient service.

The garage attendant at night says it closes at 12, no cars can get in, but the sign clearly says it’s 24/7, he just doesn’t want to work and want to sleep overnight

Rude attendant . Claims to be manager but no respect or customer services. Will be calling corporate to complain as well. Attached are photos. Would not recommend or come back. Say hi to Eduardo. They accept spot hero but he charges you again after paying and tells you to get a refund from the app

Had a great experience. Upon arrival, the gentleman took my keys & provided me with the tag to pickup my vehicle at the end of my reservation. On the day I had to pickup my vehicle, I handed over the tag and had my car shortly thereafter. I would recommend. Only downside was that I was charged an oversized fee for my 4 door jeep wrangler, while the site said that oversized vehicles were those like Suburbans. But whatever, the garage felt safe to me & my car was returned in the same condition I left it in.

I booked online via SpotHero. Upon entering the garage I went outside my vehicle and the manager backed his car up I gues threatening to run me over? He obviously was in a bad mood which I understand he was here by himself. He then proceeded to rant and rave at me there is definitely a spot available and I paid…. I don’t know either get some help or figure out your online booking
